This hotel is in the Ektorp area of Nacka, 20 minutes' drive from Stockholm city centre. WiFi is free of charge. Tele2 Arena and the Ericsson Globe are a 12-minute drive away. It was an average size room with en-suite. Easy to find and close to transport. Had restaurants and shop for basics close by.
Offering a garden and garden view, Hobbit Stockholm is set in Nacka, 15 km from Prince Eugen's Waldemarsudde and 2.3 km from Nacka Shopping Mall. The Hobbit Stockholm B&B is a very cozy place to stay, and a wonderful experience for Hobbit and Lord of the Rings fans! We loved to light the fireplace and enjoyed the many details that made it feel like being in a real Hobbit home.
This family-run B&B is located 15 minutes' drive from central Stockholm. It features free WiFi access and rooms with a private bathroom. Nacka Forum shopping centre is a 10-minute walk away. It was just perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, surrounded by forests and parks, the houses are lovely. There is a bus stop just outside the house, on the other side of the road, where buses come every couple minutes so the connection with the Stockholm city center is wonderful. The room No 2 was ideal as well: lovely kitchen with all the appliances we needed (oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge), comfy beds. There were candy, apples and water left for us by the hosts. It was great and I would recommend it to anyone.
Overlooking the Svindersviken Bay, Kvarnholmen is 10 minutes’ drive from Stockholm city centre. It offers en-suite rooms and a shared kitchen. WiFi and parking are free. The hostel is near the water and the view through the window is beautiful. It is a little further from the city centre, yet there is a commuter ferry going there (you can use your public transport card for this). Sodermalm full of shops, pubs and restaurants is very close, though. The hostel has 24 hours reception and offers free parking. There are also a couple of shared kitchens. We even had a fridge in our room. The beds were comfortable, the shower had that rain mode from the ceiling. Overall, the rooms were clean and the common areas were nicely decorated. It is a very calm and quiet place. I enjoyed the stay.
Situated opposite Sickla Station and Sickla Galleria Shopping Centre, this hotel is a 10-minute tram ride from Stockholm city. It offers free in-room Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and a sauna. The pool section was beautiful, loved the breakfast absolutely delicious ,the welters we loving and kind as well as the receptionists
We really enjoyed the daily boat trip to and from Nacka and it's a good place to pick-up boat tours to the archipelagos. The area where we stayed was very attractive. Apart from our hotel, there weren't many places to eat but there are frequent boat and bus services from the city centre.
We thought that Nacka was nice. It was nice and quiet. There weren’t a lot of food options once you’d eaten a hotel J a couple of times but the COOP was great and there was a pizza restaurant on Kvarnholmsvägen that was good. We didn’t really like Willy’s.
We spent a few days in Hotel J and they were amazing. We experienced some great sunsets from the terrace and had good food at the seaside restaurant. It was a great base to visit Stockholm and the islands of the archipelago.
Nacka is really just a suburb of Stockholm with near enough access to the many huge sea inlets across the city making parts of it very picturesque. It is easy to get into Stockholm with a 5 mins taxi ride but it is on the other side of the Arlanda airport meaning that 1hr+ taxi ride awaits you as you get off the plane (apparently the train into Stockholm and a taxi from there is quicker - I'll know for next time). I was travelling on business so didn't get to see much but had a couple of great meals at Restaurant J a spin-off from Hotel J in Nacka. Great food and a beautiful setting on the water in the docks. Sodermalm houses the Urban Deli, a fantastic place for a few beers and great food surrounded by a relaxed crowd of hipsters and good music. Worth a lunch or dinner if you're in town!
Nacka is very quiet and relaxing. There are only a few restaurants and most of them are only open for lunch and close at 4 pm or 6pm. We ended up getting a pizza and pasta from Forno Romano twice as it was the only open restaurant except for Restaurant J (which is beautiful but very expensive and if you do not like seafood you are lost there). Nacka is very close to the center of Stockholm which makes it a perfect place for a trip to the city. The boat takes you in 25 minutes and the bus in 15 minutes to the city center. The park Nyckelviken is very beautiful!
It is probably the most expensive spa in Stockholm and absolutely not worth the money. It was supposed to be a bday present and the bday person didn't even like it: dirty, noisy, boring. Far away from relaxing and romantic! One can for sure find a better place for that money, even go abroad over a weekend. It is a shame! I will never again go back there!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room equipment and bathroom were very new and clean. Calm and cosy. Private parking located in the back side of the building, cost 30 Kr per day. WiFi was great and fast. TV had 4 Swedish channels and the most great thing was Netflix which could watch many movies and series for free. Could find the Hotel address by our car`s navigator very easily. A big supermarket opposite the hotel. Microwave & Kettle were available in the kitchen and we could cook some ready Pizza and boil hot water for tea.

Great option when I’m Stockholm for holidays. Hotel is located a boat ride away from city (30 mins). The grounds are great with possibility to do a little hiking. Views are amazing towards Djurgarden park and the islands. Breakfast is top notch. Staff is extremely helpful. Thanks to Hotel J management and staff for a great stay!
