Set 155 mi above the Arctic Circle, in Björkliden, the ski-to-door access chalets at Kåppas Cabin Village overlook the Lapporten Valley. Great place to stay in Abisko and explore the great Alpine area. We could see the northern lights on our first night from the Aurora viewpoint the cabin village offers. Highly pleased.
This guest house is in the center of Abisko and next to Abisko National Park. Depending on the season, the midnight sun and the Northern Lights can be viewed from the property and surrounding area. Perfect staff, perfect location, perfect facilities!
Abisko net Hostel & Huskies is located in Abisko and features a terrace and mountain views. The accommodations offers a shared kitchen, a tour desk, luggage storage and free WiFi. Tomas, Levi, Abigail, Anna, Navi, and all of the staff were welcoming, caring and very helpful. I know they will forgive me for butchering the spelling of their names. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful group of guides for getting to know the dogs, sledding and exploring the area!
Located in Abisko in the Norrbotten region, Lovely house in Abisko features a terrace and garden views. It is the best place round Abisko. It is 2 km away from the Abisko natural reserve but the lodging there is at a much lower level. It has all amenities, including wifi, Netflix, Apple tv, sauna and so forth. We had a great time there.
Abisko Hostel is offering accommodations in Abisko. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was clean and fresh. Beds were good and comfortable, but a tad on the softer side. Kitchen was well stocked.
This hotel is in Abisko Ski Resort, just 2 minutes’ walk from Abisko Östra Train Station. Mountain Lodge’s in-house restaurant has a seasonal menu based on locally sourced ingredients. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was AMAZING! And it was in a great location. I loved the central lobby where everyone could hang out.
Old cabins, not cozy at all, very expensive (compared to popular places in Arctic Norway) and you need to rent bedlinen + clean everything before departure. There was even a mouse living in the cabin.
