In fact Bromma has more cheaper hotels and there is nothing tourist in this place. However you will get almost a hour to get the Estolcomo downtown, where you get the tourist attractions. You must take bus and subway to leave Bromma and arrive at central of the city of Estolcomo. So, I think that Bromma is a ballance between costs and benefits, because the hotels in Estolcomo downtown is almost a double price.
Great location. Just a few metres to the train station. Great environment, friendly staff and lovely hotel facilities. They could add more cleaning days of the rooms apart from just once a week. As a business traveler this hotel was my best pick.
I was in Bromma for business and haven't looked much further. For coziness, go to the Stockholm city center instead. For meetings and conferences, the Alvik area has a lot to offer. The public transport around Alvik/Bromma is among the best I have seen.
Stay here if you feel adventurous and like to take public transportation. Quiet neighbourhood, train station close to pharmacies and food stores. Buy a one for all ticket and take advantage of all the Bus/train/boat options offered.
It was just a base for me - I spent most of my time in the city centre - that said it did take some nice walks around the area - good selection of food establishments. I chose Bromma because of the ease of access by metro. This was a business trip for me so my time to site see was limited. The area was nice - friendly people - had no concerns walking around
A restful place on the outskirts of Stockholm. Near enough to Stockholm city by subway. There's a national Airport located here and it's a peaceful place, altough a bit boring. You might be able to find some nearby restaurants and shops. By areas very residental and Bourgeois.
