There were multiple things I liked, the hotel itself is from wood, the painted colors where nice, the rooms were really big, a big TV screen and right beside a river where fisherman were catching salmon, what I also liked was de smell of fresh nature, trees and oxygen.

We were in the north of Sweden to visit family and found this Villa to rent. It is a lovely place, felt luxurious, clean and was very peaceful! It was great having our own kitchen, especially important as we are Coeliacs and have to manage our own gluten free food whenever eating away from home. The bathroom was stunning with a lovely big shower. The location of the villa is in a very quiet area of the village with views of trees and landscapes. The host was very welcoming and lovely to deal with. Added bonus was the adorable, friendly cat who came to say hello by the outdoor seating area. The villa is about 25 minutes walk away to the village center. We didn't have a car whilst staying but a bike or two would have been an added bonus, though not a must.

We visited Skelleffeå Camping in January, when the temperature outside was -27°C, but the cottage was pleasantly warm. At the reception they are nice and willing to help you. There are excellent conditions for cross-country skiing and other activities. The area is modern and perfectly maintained. We recommend the stay!!! We were welcome guests here. We would love to come again and are really looking forward to it.
