He was very polite very understanding and he went out of his way to find us new clean bedsheets and towels when we noticed the bedsheets on our bed were dirty and stained on the second night of our stay. Free coffee and tea for guests is a nice bonus. Free convenient parking nearby. The city center can be reached by bus and then by train for 45 minutes. Bus stop near the hotel.
