We were travelling over to Gothenburg so this was a great...
We were travelling over to Gothenburg so this was a great little stop over town en route. We visited the motor museum (which was actually rather good) and took a walk around the waterfront. Some nice bistros and eateries there, all you would need for a short stay. We sadly missed the broadcasting/radio museum nearby as it was closed. The town square itself is nice but there are a quite a few more modern buildings that look a little brutal. We moved on to Vadstena which was a short drive away and a fantastic place to visit. All in all Motala is a great base and to drive to lots of attractions in the surrounding areas. Thumbs up!Guest review byAnonymousSweden
