I booked for my mother’s birthday and it exceeded every expectation. The building itself is stunning, a historic property that has been beautifully refurbished. The service was outstanding. The team even left a note for my mother’s birthday, and everyone, especially Lydia and Helena, though every member of the team went out of their way to make our stay special. A small issue in one bathroom (some flooding in a shower), was immediately solved and the staff even offered to move us to another room at no cost. That kind of care makes all the difference. What makes the hotel even more special is how full of life it feels, with local families coming for lunch and dinner, adding to its authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Good location with the Alvsjo station nearby (9 mins by train to Stockhom Central) and good restaurants nearby. The staff at reception, Jumah and Stefanija are exceptionally good. We liked everything! The check-in was smooth and we got the room earlier than expected. The staff was VERY friendly! We loved the room, there was everything we needed. Beautiful room, clean and modern toilet, peaceful view. The breakfast was excellent! Great connections by public traffic. Near 3 Arena which was our destination so very good location for concert guests etc.
