Great location - just two minutes from Lake Bohinj itself. The hotel was full during our stay, but it was not noticeable at all because everything was quiet and tidy, and the guests we saw were very polite. The staff is very friendly. The room we stayed in was large, with a living room, a bedroom and a quite standard nice toilet and a small balcony. The breakfast was extraordinary - a large selection of sweet, savory, cereals, teas, pastries...

    Beautiful lake!

    Beautiful lake! It is especially lovely in Autumn, and it has a couple of different hiking routes which are good. Also, you can rent a bike, go on a boat tour and eat really good food there. It is also a really quiet place, so you can relax and enjoy nature.

    Easy to walk along lake or go on harder hikes. Can visit historic church and go for ride in accessible cable car up the mountain. Very quiet once day trippers have left and before they arrive in the morning.

    The lake area is absolutely stunning, especially on a sunny...

    The lake area is absolutely stunning, especially on a sunny day. I would recommend walking around half of the lake, opposite the side with the road to Ukanc, and taking the boat back to Ribcev Laz. A lot of the car parks are limited to 2 hours, so taking a bus to the lake area is the best option if you want to spend at least half a day there.

    Bohinj is one of the nicest places in Slovenia, less touristic than lake Bled. We did beautiful hiking trails in the mountains. Bohinj lake is marvelous, unfortunatelly, we could stay only 3 nights in this beautiful place

    Slovenia is a very clean, efficient and beautiful country that offers opportunities for all aspects of life, particularly outdoor activities. Bohinj is a little quieter that Lake Bled which has a more tourist focus, although beautiful in itself.

    Bohinj is beautiful, much nicer than Bled and not so many...

    Bohinj is beautiful, much nicer than Bled and not so many people. There are lots of spots around the lake where you can relax, sunbathe or swim. We walked around the lake , it took 3 hours. At the far end is a camp site, they have a little snack bar you can use and toilets. You can also visit Savica waterfall, it is amazing. Luckily it had rained the day we visited, so there was lots of water going through. Try restaurant Kramer on the lake side, it does great food.

    - Amazing and very beautiful hotel!! - Rooms are spacious, modern, well decorated, clean and with a balcony with a beautifull view - Hotel is perfectly located near Bohinj lake (2 minutes by walking) - Restaurant is excellent - Breakfast is amazing with lot of choice - Hotel has all needed facilities (parking, pool, spa, restaurant, bar, etc) - Staff is very keen - Hotel staff is organizing some events. We had a fire camp during the evening To summarize it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed this amazing experience

    The owner met us on arrival to the apartments. A number of sparrows would perch on the tree in front our accommodation's window. Really beautiful to see. Locally, there is a farm selling awesome cheese!! Ask for Andrea - she is lovely!!! A bus service is available, that can take you to Lake Bled (beautiful) and Ljubljana, or towards Kraniska Gora (great ski resort). Slovenia is a beautiful country!

    We stayed in the Mlin appartment for 8 days & we enjoyed every minute of it! Friendly host, beautiful large appartment with large balcony and stunning view. From the appartment it is very easy to travel to the hotspots of Slovenia, like Lake of Bohinj, Bled, but we also went to Bovec etc. We travelled with our dog.
