A beautiful small village on the edge of the Velka Fatra...
A beautiful small village on the edge of the Velka Fatra national park, one of the most scenic parts of Slovakia. Easy access to hiking, with bike and electric scooter hire available from several places in the village. Basic shopping facilities (if you're self-catering), but the towns of Martin & Turcianska Teplice are close by, with supermarkets. If you don't have a car, you'll be reliant on the local bus service that takes you to Martin (or, with a change, Turcianska Teplice). Really nice village, specially through summer.
Really nice village, specially through summer. Close to the mountains, nice area for mountain biking, with plenty of place to rent ebikes. What I missed is some restaurant in the village, maybe I didn't checked them all.Guest review byPeterSlovakia
