Nove Zamky does not seem to have a lot to offer. Still, it is a good place as a base for a one-day trips to Nitra, Komarno, etc. The park/forest in the end of the town is a great place for a long walk.
Lovely town in Slovakia but there is not much to do for tourists. It is only a 50minute train ride from Bratislava though which is good. The area needs money spending on it, which I believe is planned over the next few years. It is very safe there though, and would be ideal if you want a base from which to do countryside excursions etc. Up and coming.
