The hosts (Marcel and Josephine) are absolutely amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. Their son played a lot with our kids (3 and 5 year old). The apartment is very spacious and super clean. The garden is also very big (kids can run!) and the swimming pool is good.

    I assume they were not prepared for my arrival as there was no toilet paper or towels in the room. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a long time as there were a lot of dead ants in the bathroom. Everything in the room was very old. This room was not in the photos provided on the bookings. Plus, to leave the hotel, there is no option to order a taxi through the app or catch a car on the street, it is very inconvenient. But the landlady was very kind and helped to leave for the airport, thank you very much for that.

    Had a really lovely time with a small group of friends at Villa Somone. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to central Somone and the beach. The villa is incredibly spacious, both outside and in with the third bedroom on a mezzanine with it's own bathroom and little sitting room. The pool is a good size and offers a welcome respite from the heat. Communication and value for money was exceptional. Will definitely be back!

    We came for the Somone half marathon - The beds are definitely the most comfortable beds in Senegal. The owners/managers and staff are incredibly accommodating for our additional requests. Service delivery top notch. Yassa Poulet for lunch exceptionally tasty and juicy. Visa payment available. Good location for walking to the lagoon and a couple of restaurants nearby.

    My friend and I enjoyed two nights here; the first day of our trip to Africa, and then, two weeks later, the last night. It is a lovely little hotel, very clean & comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel also arranged a transfer from the airport for us which was great.
