We had good experience. The manager was really helpful. My child had eye infection, the manager drive us to the nearby clinic. All the staffs are so polite and helpful. The meal was prepared upon request and it was really good. My child who is picky eater, enjoyed the food prepared.

Spotless clean and comfortable room with private entrance (good privacy) very pleasant small terrace in front of the room to enjoy the breeze. Gorgeous breakfast as i’ never seen before with that quality as the buffet offers great varieties for vegetarians as well as non vegetarians. Fruits and vegetables are fresh, rice very good. coffee also very good and free all day long. And breakfast is available till 2pm so it’s really a big plus as one can wake up late without fear of missing breakfast !

We recently stayed at Memory Karon Resort in Phuket and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located just a short walk from the beach and local shops. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to David at the pool bar — he truly made a difference with his amazing service, friendly attitude, and great drink recommendations. Every afternoon at the pool felt even more relaxing thanks to him. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Phuket. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice new hotel Lovely hotel with large new rooms and very friendly staff they were very helpful to me during my stay one of the staff ran to get us umbrella when we went out while it was raining, I had short stay but was very nice and will go back on my next trip to try all the hotel facilities. The breakfast was the best. Overall I found the hotel to be great value for money with its new rooms and facilities, very nice staff and location near the beach

    Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!

    Karon is ok as it's not as busy as Patong. but at the same...

    Karon is ok as it's not as busy as Patong. but at the same time you're 30 mins away from all the action in patong. you have to take a taxi everytime you want to do anything in Patong. So factor that in your decision. I recommend it if you lean more into relaxing inside the resort. But if you're the type of person who likes to explore everyday I recommend a more central beach like Patong

    We were there several times, we stayed with a host who had accommodations right by the beach, and a little further away. So we experienced both the noise and nightlife around the beach, as well as the silence of the side streets. The accommodation by the beach was quiet enough not to disturb us at night. The beach is very nice, especially the sunsets which are gorgeous. During the rainy season, the weather is more chaotic and the waves are high, so it's important to follow the lifeguards' instructions or watch the flags. It's worth a visit and the time spent there.

    We didn’t spend so much time in Karon Beach.

    We didn’t spend so much time in Karon Beach. We hired a scooter for 300 bahts 150cc. And went to Kata beach!!! it was much better fantastic beach had a great time with waves. Karon beach is also good. It has beach wall and a lot of restaurants and bars by the beach.

    I think it was value for money.

    I think it was value for money. I can't find anything to complain about given what I paid and what I received in return. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. I think this hotel is a very good deal.

    There really is little of interest in Karon Beach .

    There really is little of interest in Karon Beach . It is full of eastern europeans and the beach is filthy. The shopping is of low quality with no real interest regarding Thai handicrafts etc. Its all massage parlours and cheap reataurants all selling the same menu items. I wont return . This is not Thailand.

    The room was nice and spacious. Very beautiful bathroom, with a spacious bathtub. Multiple pools, equipped with bars to choose from. Nice breakfast buffet, with a view towards the mountains. Welcome drink was provided upon entry, with a smooth check-in process and a map of the resort (the resort is very large and would need the van/tuk-tuk provided by the hotel to get to and from the lobby to your room). The spa was nice and had very professional staff (just need to book a couple of days in advance)

    We didn’t get to stay here as it was closed for renovations. We stayed in the sister hotel Pamookkoo in Kata. This hotel was great for families with water slides beside the beach. If Phuket Orchid resort is renovated to this standard I’d highly recommend. Great location, very clean, friendly staff and great value.
