My family and I had a great time at the hotel, all the staff was really kind and nice. I couldn’t be happier about our stay. One day we had lunch by the pool and everything was really good. We also booked a massage and we all loved it, it was really good and the ladies at the spa were super sweet as well. Shoutout to Bowie from the tour desk, she was so nice and accommodating, we booked the banana island tour with her and we all loved it. She also recommended things to do around and everything was lovely.

We recently stayed at Memory Karon Resort in Phuket and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located just a short walk from the beach and local shops. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to David at the pool bar — he truly made a difference with his amazing service, friendly attitude, and great drink recommendations. Every afternoon at the pool felt even more relaxing thanks to him. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Phuket. We’ll definitely be coming back!

All staff members were excellent; including maid service, security and maintenance. Two staff members I would like to mention in particular were Charlene and Touc. From the first to the last moment I dealt with Charlene she was extremely: efficient, professional, kind, friendly, courteous and helpful. She went out of her way on several occasions to help me and answer my questions. Touc was also extremely helpful, courteous and efficient; in particular when booking a multitude of activities through the Proud Karon he handled it in a clear, concise, efficient and rapid manner. I would STRONGLY recommend Charlene and Touc for any supervisor or manager positions that may / will occur with your organization now and in the future.

    Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!

    Karon is ok as it's not as busy as Patong. but at the same...

    Karon is ok as it's not as busy as Patong. but at the same time you're 30 mins away from all the action in patong. you have to take a taxi everytime you want to do anything in Patong. So factor that in your decision. I recommend it if you lean more into relaxing inside the resort. But if you're the type of person who likes to explore everyday I recommend a more central beach like Patong

    We were there several times, we stayed with a host who had accommodations right by the beach, and a little further away. So we experienced both the noise and nightlife around the beach, as well as the silence of the side streets. The accommodation by the beach was quiet enough not to disturb us at night. The beach is very nice, especially the sunsets which are gorgeous. During the rainy season, the weather is more chaotic and the waves are high, so it's important to follow the lifeguards' instructions or watch the flags. It's worth a visit and the time spent there.

    We didn’t spend so much time in Karon Beach. We hired a scooter for 300 bahts 150cc. And went to Kata beach!!! it was much better fantastic beach had a great time with waves. Karon beach is also good. It has beach wall and a lot of restaurants and bars by the beach.

    I think it was value for money.

    I think it was value for money. I can't find anything to complain about given what I paid and what I received in return. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. I think this hotel is a very good deal.

    There really is little of interest in Karon Beach .

    There really is little of interest in Karon Beach . It is full of eastern europeans and the beach is filthy. The shopping is of low quality with no real interest regarding Thai handicrafts etc. Its all massage parlours and cheap reataurants all selling the same menu items. I wont return . This is not Thailand.

    Fabulous location. Close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The host, Andrew, was great, even drew a map of the good places to eat etc. And he also drove myself and our bags to Kata Noi, at the end of our stay, while my husband took our scooter! Large spacious apartment above a gym. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The rooms are very large, the beds very comfortable and a really beautiful view of Karon beach and the sea.     The bed is extremely comfortable. Location is great. Staff is very kind. They give you towels for the beach, great service! Just remember that Phuket is an expensive place, so this accommodation is very basic for what you normally get in Thailand for this price.
