Fantastic stay. Great location, excellent villa, clean, aesthetic, spacious, and very luxurious. Breakfast was great and halal options are plenty. Mosquito repellents, sprays, net, and humidifiers were all available and made the stay better. Staff were 10/10 and would definitely do this again.

The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The communication via email prior to arrival was very good. Reception/office is about two blocks away from the actual condo/hotel. Pool side has better views than the mountain view side, but mountain view side is therefore quieter. Microwave/cook top/fridge/freezer w ice maker are readily accessible within unit. Foodstore (MAKRO) is about 4 blocks away and numerous mini-marts also nearby as well as many restaurants. Beach was just a 10-15 minute walk away.

A relaxing stay awaits at Kata Rocks where all villas offer unobstructed views of the Andaman Sea and a private plunge pool.

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel a lot. Everything here is on the high level, starting from the clean and nice outdoor pool and finishing with extremely cozy pillows. I had a room with a sea view and this is something you definitely should pay extra for, it’s just awesome. Well equipped bathroom, nice walk-in shower with natural stone floor and walls. Extremely big bed was a blast for my family of 3. Breakfast has a lot of options, you won’t get bored with it. Also a lot of European tourists like to stay here, which is a big plus, and not too many russians.
