I was only planning to stay a few days at Alura Hotel… ended up staying more than 10 days! The place has such a warm and welcoming vibe, it felt like home. The rooms are clean, cozy, and fully equipped, just a short walk from the beach, with a partial view of Big Buddha from the balcony. What truly made the stay special was the atmosphere, the staff and other guests created such a relaxed, friendly environment that we ended up feeling like a little family. The team was always kind and quick to help whenever I needed anything, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill and friendly place in Kata Beach.

Great place to stay.. The pools are the best for kids, we stayed in a family cosy room with 2 kids and they also provide a cot The room was clean and the housekeeping happened everyday. Staff were so polite and helpful, I don't remember their name but the guy Meaw Film helped us with fast check-out. I love the breakfast and also we used their restaurant, the staff and food were very good

    Kata is a lovely beach There are some expensive hotels that are directly fronting the beach and so their staff clean the beach each day. Beach chairs are available but not so many that they cannot be avoided if you just want to walk on the beach. At the time of year I was there the main activity was surfing at the southern end with many people taking lessons. Some nice cafes right on the beach at the southern end which is the nicest part.

    Our first time it was exceptional,the staff was great.Our room was the most impressive,especially the view of the beach from the balcony.Lots of great resturant around to choose from.Also 7/11 close by Easy to get around we did the night market zoo shopping mall.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean. You can get a 2 chairs under the umbrella for 100 THB for the whole day, they even give you a hand broom to brush off the sand and a bottle of water. There is a clean toilet nearby which you can use spending 10 THB.

    beautifull beach that can be busy and too much waves in the afternoon. And if you like to swim and quiet like me, the best is in the morning but then again I was there in a low season (raining) so nice for a week

    Great beach and plenty of things to do. Ate mostly at 2 chefs. Once again friendly great food and prices great as well,Mom tri kitchen. Very nice place with amazing views,also friendly staff and great food

    We loved our stay at OK Phuket. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the location was quiet but still central and within walking distance to Kata beach, Kata night market and plenty of food options. However, the highlight of our stay was the fact that we were so well taken care of by the owners. From providing a private tour to the cultural sights to our Phi Phi Island tour to arranging a taxi to the airport. We felt as if we were coming home to our parents at night haha. Would highly highly recommend OK Phuket to stay in!

    Loved the feel of old school Thailand staying in this one level complex, bungalow style... away from the garish concrete jungle resorts full of Russians that is almost the only option here in Phuket these days. This property was quiet (only at day time) laid back, friendly, calm super clean and felt very Thai.. the staff smiled and the gardens were beautiful.

    Breakfast was nice with both oriental and continental options. Restaurant staff was all around us to make any request of us happen immediately. The location of the hotel is nice but not the best though. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The area was generally nice, especially for families, compared to other "wild" parts of Phuket.

    A great place to stay in Phuket. 5 minutes walk to Kata beach and close to shops and restaurants. Two fantastic pools and a room with everything you could possibly ask for.     There was nothing not to love! The hotel is amazing however the staff are what makes this hotel a great place to stay. They are friendly, warm, helpful and ready to go above and beyond for your comfort. There was nothing me and my wife did not love about this hotel. They set the bar high and made our experience of Phuket incredible.
