the design of the entire hotel - across all facilities - is exceptional, modern, funny, all in a perfect way - I have never seen something similar before. Compared to this place, every one has to be considered as boring... the staff is wearing different uniforms, specifically designed for the hotel. No doubt, it is a busy, vibrant place (this particular atmosphere is even wanted, produced), music around all the time, - very good selection. The staff has been really great, friendly, competent, attentive, always in a good mood - if I have ever rated the staff of any other place as "10", they would deserve more. The hotel is located in the highest, very futuristic building in Bangkok (it has the floors 6-18) with access to the rooftop. Room: exceptional design, very modern, fancy but still cosy, high quality materials and finishing (I am obsessed with interior design) including a fully automated toilet, multiple extraordinary features, nice view with floor - ceiling windows even in the bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast/restaurant: has indoor and outdoor facilities, super attentive staff, nice selection of dishes which are served at the table (a la carte but all you can eat), high quality of food and it's presentation. Gym: extraordinary equipment (Life Fitness design line) - amazing for a hotel gym. Nice bright facility, connected to the pool area, some special equipment available. No surprise the staff was again very nice and helpful. Restaurant: comfortable, good service, slightly limited options for vegetarians. Location: Good, if you like to walk you are able to reach the main highlights within one hour. Metro station in front of the hotel. We have stayed 5 nights in a superior room. The overall user experience has been extraordinary (supposed you like a vibrant place). We will certainly come back.
