Absolutely amazing hotel. First of all I would like note, that the room was extremely clean, very cozy and the bed are unbelievably comfortable. Hotel is located in very quiet area, far enough from the main roads, therefore no any disturbing, or noise, except of birds singing at the morning. Mister PJ and his wife are awesome persons, very intelligent, helpful and kind people. They are ready to assist 24/7. Both of them speak fluent English. This place just a hidden jem. I will definitely back here again. Strictly recommended. With warm regards.

Amazing little gem of a hotel in unique location. The view from the room facing Wat Arun is second to none. Sitting outside at the hotel restaurant in the evening we observed the endless Instagram crowd lining to take that ‘iconic photo. The family who owns and runs this fabulous little place lives on the premises and makes sure everything working well and guests are happy 24/7. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, the dream view when you wake up or go to bed, tasty home-made breakfast, kindness and attention of our hosts left us delighted. We certainly will be back again.

This place is great if you care more about location than a huge room. Shared mini kitchen in the terrace, with cups, dishes and microwave. It's in Chinatown and has a nice, clean vibe. The owner is really nice, and the rooms are spotless. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Blue Line subway is close, which is a huge plus. For airports: * Don Mueang (DMK): It takes about 90 minutes to get there for an international flight, and you have to switch from the Blue Line to the Dark Red Line. It's a bit tricky but can avoid traffic jam.
