I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I forgot my insulin in the refrigerator in my room. The maid saw the insulin, realized its importance to me, and notified the front desk. The woman at the front desk telephoned us immediately. We had driven half way to Bangkok and were unable to return to retrieve my medicine. The woman at the front desk mailed the insulin to our destination hotel. I believe she paid the postage herself. That’s excellent service.

We had an amazing week long stay at Natural Place. P. Aey, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were always well taken care of. The facility was nice and clean and gardens beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and many food options exist around the area. Nice and quiet but close enough to town to enjoy the area as well. Absolutely recommend staying here!

I really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Front Office Supervisor Anya, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It felt like a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again!
