United StatesThis facility appears to be a student dormitory on the agriculture university campus with guest rooms on the ground floor. It was very quiet with no one around (maybe students went home for term break)
Room was clean but smelled like dettol and mold. Mold was undoubtedly in the particle wood furniture - underneath or behind drawers where cleaning staff don’t normally reach.
No staff on duty when we arrived but keys were neatly laid out with everyones our names written on arrival cards.
Hot water in shower got hot and stayed hot.
