Amazing views. Really comfortable bed. Perfect temperature in the tent with the fan no AC needed. Great location for accessing all parts of the island. Amazing hosts that went above and beyond who speak perfect English.

What’s not to like? The property is beautiful and breathtaking, modern and filled with tons of art. Very warm welcome from the manager who was in constant communication with us prior to our arrival. Complimentary drinks (water, juice etc) available 24/7 self serve. Very quiet resort off the beaten path and steps away from the Phangan Beach Resort where breakfast is served and amazing food/drinks. Right on the water, very nice and quiet.

The staff was super nice, and the dogs were a plus! The pool was amazing to have in the hot weather. Location is also nice, but will need a scooter to make it to the closest market unless you want to walk about 20 mins.

The place is just simply amazing, and Mr. Ping is an exceptional host. This was the best place we ever stayed in and we will definitely be back. The house and surroundings are clean, the pool is really nice and the whole complex is in a quiet area. I recommend it to anyone.

La Plage was an amazing stay for us! The pool was perfect, the view was amazing, the whole outdoor area was so nice for a tropical getaway. The food and drinks were delicious every time we ordered there, and we ordered a lot! Staff was so helpful as well, from helping us rent a scooter or doing laundry or anything else we might need!

Ever check into a place on a multi-stay trip and realize you made a mistake…..because the place is just about ridiculously perfect and you didn’t stay here the whole trip ? Well Sand in My Shoes is that place! Great setting on a stunning beach. Our beach-view room (#9) was huge and incredibly well appointed . Bar and restaurant was great as well - perfect low key get-away boutique hotel that IMO concedes nothing to the Anantara resort next door.

Absolutely recommend to spend a couple of days in this paradise, it’s totally worth it. We had a beachfront bungalow and the view was absolutely gorgeous, the staff and owners are super nice and arranging, the food is good and the prices are okay - but the drinks are truly marvelous!

everything was great. Loved the large balcony with ceiling fan, made it pleasant to hang out in the balcony with the fan. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy..just an overall great place to stay.
