The hotel was great - beautifully designed, very clean and spacious room, nice pool, quiet area and great beaches nearby. 10/10, truly. Breakfast was very nice, had a lot options to choose from. They also have snacks and drinks next to the pool to enjoy during the day, all included in the price. Staff is super nice and helpful and hotel owners are amazing, very kind people! Honestly, I can't recommend it enough, we spent a fabulous time there and we'd love to come back!

Everything about Lady Naya was perfect, from our room, the pool area, the lounge and especially the super nice and sweet staff. Mary on the reception was very polite and helped us with anything we needed. She recommended us where to rent a bike for a great price, they even delivered us to the hotel. Mary also recommended Green Inn massage and we went there twice - it was fantastic. The hotel also is nice to animals, they have lovely cats. The location was perfect because it was close to Ra Wai beach and Kata beach, also there was a lot of very nice cafes and restaurants and 7-11 minutes from the hotel. Our room was very clean and beautiful with AC, great view on the pool and it was cleaned daily. We also got free laundry cleaning. All in all we were SUPER HAPPY with our stay and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a nice stay.

I was skeptical about staying here because it had no reviews before I booked my stay. I ended up wanting to extend my stay, but they were fully booked. It's a bit far from everything else but that's how I liked it. A 30-40 minute light jog will put you in proximity of some of the prettiest beaches you'll ever see. breathtaking, to say the least.

    I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years.

    I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years. I even bought land there. Its great as there are many beaches and restaurants, with Nai Harn very close a 5 Star Beach. There are many places of interest nearby, unfortunately Big Buddha is currently closed. One thing to note now is that the Banks won't let you take money from your Debit Card, Credit cards are O.K though, but I don't use them. Every where uses cash so make sure you take plenty of cash to last for your holiday. The ATM machine withdrawals will cost you £10 a withdrawal with a limit of £200. Average Restaurant meal costs around £25 for 3 people inc. soft drinks. I always hire a car, but services have improved with regular electric buses and always taxis/tuktuks,

    The property is fabulous.

    The property is fabulous. Right at the beginning of Rawai Beach so the town & market is only a short taxi ride. Beach is not a swimming, but it is beautiful, nonetheless, when the tide is in. Swimming pool is great and has a swim up bar. Not as busy as being in the middle of the town, but that was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Phuket Signature Glamping

    Busy with motorbikes. No pavements to walk on. PTSD is an understatement. I wouldn’t recommend any vulnerable persons visiting here. Nearest beach area is a long walk that is treacherous. You would need a taxi for safety.

    Unfortunately, our stay at Rawai Beach was disappointing.

    Unfortunately, our stay at Rawai Beach was disappointing. The beach itself isn’t the most attractive, and we quickly regretted choosing it as our base. What made it worse were the rats that appeared in the evening, which was really unsettling and scary. This definitely affected our overall experience and made it hard to relax. That said, we had already planned exciting activities, like visiting elephant sanctuaries and exploring nearby islands, which were the highlights of our trip. We also spent some time enjoying the hotel pool, which was a nice escape from the issues at the beach. In the end, while Rawai Beach itself wasn’t ideal, the activities we did away from the area helped salvage the trip. We would recommend staying elsewhere

    Enjoyed sunset trip to Promthep Cape and dinner afterwards at CY Cafe. Plenty of good restaurants in Rawai Town and numerous boat trip options. Would certainly recommend the long-tailed boat ride to and from Banana Beach (on Koh Hey Island - which has excellent restaurant and good for birdwatching - including Hornbills)

    Getting around by motorbike was easy even for a novice rider. We wore helmets when riding on the main large roads for safety and to ensure we weren't getting into trouble at police checkpoints in Rawai. Our Favorite beach was both Ya Nui Beach and especially Nai Harn Beach where the Life guards on duty was as active as the waves looking after our well-being. Our Favorite tailor was Amani Tailor at Nai Harn Beach, Mr K was brilliant in understanding our needs and delivered 2 perfectly quality tailored suits under 48 hours. Our favorite homestay was Baan Si Khao, Mr Gella and Ms Flo were amazing hosts with their super comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Our Fav Spa was Ton Mai Spa which offered steam rooms, sauna, ice bath, chill pool and quality thai traditional massage in a relaxed tranquil environment for the best value for money experience. We enjoyed dining at local food shops down the road from our homestay for authentic thai flavour and hospitality. Mixing around with the locals and expat residents in this area helped us to learn and understand many things about local arrangements such as long term rental stays, as we are planning to move to Phuket for a year or more, yet save funds and hassles where necessary. Mr Gella is very resourceful in this matters, through his sincere warm nature, we met some wonderful expats whom are friends to us today. There is a lot more to explore in Phuket and we'd like to do so as locals rather than as tourists. We will be back very soon for more blessings.

    This was the highlight of our trip to Phuket. An entire lovely resort for ourselves, beautiful pool in the middle, garden that is a pleasure to walk in. We've had long conversations with our lovely host about Thailand, how things work here and about the world in general. There were also two lovely doggies, which might not be so important to some, but for us, they were the best! We have so many fond memories of Mimi and Luna. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Rawai and the surrounding area.

    It is one of the best places my family and I stayed during our long journey in Thailand. The staff are very nice and polite, and the rooms are very clean. The resort is located in a very quiet place. Amazingly, the resort is associated with one of the best diving clubs in Phuket, Sea Bees. They have gardeners working in the yard from early morning to evening, so the garden and the pool are very clean and well-designed.
