Our 7 night stay here was exceptional -- we absolutely loved the apartment. It's a former shop newly renovated into a tasteful 2 bedroom. Everything modern, clean and comfortable... literally brand new. Host left us a lot of snacks, drinking water & coffee and was available on phone for any advice we needed. A cute Auntie from next door removed our trash each day. The host even provided a useful guidebook for neighborhood restaurants & amneties. Located next to the center of Hatyai, walking distance to Lee Garden Market (10-15min). Highly recommended -- 10/10 quality and experience.

Location is good, it's walking distance from Hat Yai train station (about 8 - 10 mins) and easy to walk to night market and shops for food and massage. They prepared a single bed for my booking of 3 pax, clean and quick response to request during the stay.

The hosts were amazing. The rooms were fresh and felt like the owners cared about the hotel. The area has everything you would need, within walking distance. We only stayed one night, but as budget world travelers, this place is high on the list. You walk into a convenient store. The cashier is also the host for getting you into your rooms. A good clean stay.

The hotel definitely looks as shown here. Rooms and facilities are extremely modern and clean and well looked after. Room was extremely well furnished and spacious. Definitely would stay here again and possibly a bit longer to explore surroundings. We used this hotel as a stop between Bangkok and transfer to Koh-Lipe Island.
