Super clean and quiet, comfortable bed, big and modern bathroom, laundry hanger in the private balcony, delicious breakfast, lovely garden, great location, great value for money. The location is perfect for us. You may catch the red songthaew (8 baht) just outside udomsuk BTS station and ring the bell to get off when you see the 2nd patrol station (~10 mins), then cross the road and walk 2 mins to the hotel. When going to other direction, just wave when you see the very frequent red songthaew which has a huge word "BTS" written in front, so you won't miss it. It will stop just outside the market underneath the BTS. There are plenty of eateries and restaurants and 7-11 nearby this hotel, and a local night market is 5 mins walk. There is music and beer and some 30 ish delicious and cheap but very clean food stalls. But what we loved the most is actually the local food market underneath the udomsuk BTS. We bought cooked authentic food nearly every late afternoon. The friendly housekeeper let us use all the kitchen utensils with a big fan and we can enjoy the food and drink in the garden every evening. Will definitely return to Teak villa whenever we go to bkk again.

Looking for something to do on our last night in Bangkok as we were only there for a few ours before our flight in the morning. Google slightly mentions the night train market. And as this location was close that and the airport we gave it ago. What a place! Cheap room, extremely clean and comfy bed. Cool bar downstairs. Direct access to the market from the back of the property (bring shoes though) and in run by the loveliest family. Even arranged a taxi for us in the morning. And the train market, if you haven't heard of it, its the best I've been to in Thailand. Seems to be a bit of a secret though. Pretty much only locals there, no tourists. And is so amazing!

The locationnis perfect 10min drive to airport. big room and super clean!!! My room has a King size bed. Tae (reception area) was very accommodating and speaks english very well! there is a grocery shop in the property.

The owners were very welcoming and extremely obliging. The room was clean and spacious, and it was always remarkably peaceful in the guest house. There is a washing machine and drier for you to use (at a small cost). There is the excellent Ton Sai night market at Bearing (just one stop away on the BTS) where they sell a large variety of local food.. There is also a 7-11 about 8 minutes walk away from the guest house and a McDonald's just up the road too. The Bang Na BTS station is just a few minutes walk away meaning you can get to Asok, Siam etc in 20-25 minutes. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Baan Mai Guest House.
