I was traveling with family, so we rented two villas side by side. The houses are a perfect size for two people, with a bed in the loft and a living room area downstairs. It is all new, the houses, the furniture, and appliances. I sent a message to pick up the key and soon someone came on a motorbike to deliver. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view of the fields nearby. The outside space is great, with areas to sit down and even a fire pit that we did not use it. The ground outside seems to be a work in progress and I am sure it will be landscaped at some point. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, There is a third house on the property that was empty, but it seems like a perfect getaway for a group of friends that want to travel together.

Staff was very friendly. Brealfast was really good. Facilities were nice. The hotel is very centric and we would use Grab to go to all the temples (White, Blue, Black, Goddess of Mercy) around and it cost an average of 120 Bhats each way. Its conviniently located within walking distance from the bus station

Very clean apartment in a nice quiet area of town . The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nice balcony to watch the comings and goings in the street. There's a 7eleven store across the road and facilities for self service laundry (only 20thb). Great value accommodation. Recommended.

Most friendly and helpful owner/manager who makes sure his guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Chiang Rai and at his hotel. The room I had was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. It was quiet at night. The location is central, at a walking distance to many sites of interest. There is a coin operated laundry facility right across the street and a variety of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It is a place where I would stay again in the future.
