There are so many wonderful things to say about our stay. It truly was an amazing stay. The hotel is perfect for a family with young kids. The pool is wonderful (with items to borrow) the kids club is fantastic (friendly staff, always neat and tidy and plenty activities for the kids to do daily). The restaurants have a wide variety of foods and are well equipped to cater for kids (kids menu, high chairs, bibs, plates, etc). Our room was cleaned and restocked daily. The hotel has a wonderful app you can order room amenities, book treatments at the spa (highly recommended - we did several and they were all great). I highly recommend purchasing a resort water bottle from the restaurant - as you can get unlimited refills of still or sparkling water with lemon. The gym is a great place to exercise - also has a sauna. Overall, we loved our stay and truly would love to come back with our family!

Really comfortable stay. The property is even closer to Boat Avenue (where all the restaurants are) than we anticipated, so we walked most nights in less than 10 minutes. However, there was also a shuttle available from outside the hotel for whenever we needed it. The hotel breakfast was so good!

Room with a beautiful view. The view of the Laguna and Bang Tao beach just beyond was just amazing. It would be a dream to live here. Wonderful breakfast buffet and friendly service from Cheska with a beautiful smile. We will come back to Cassia just to see Cheska and her beautiful smile. All in all the staff here was great.

Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

    I always looked fwd to going down to the beach to get a great massage, free loungers & friendly people. Alot of new development happening around the area, but lots of little shops & restaurants to visit & a great tattooist - Shark tattoo Be careful of some of the taxis though, outside the supermarket they tried to charge twice the amount as they could see we were tourists. We used Grab the whole time we were there.

    Not best option in Phuket, too little entertainments around, you need to go too much for markets, poor choice of restaurants around, no nice massages. Large width of beach is the only advantage More southern parts of phuket (Karon, Kata) can provide more rich and nice experience

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great! We ate lots of delicious foods and this was our favourite night market that we have visited in Asia. Bang Tao beach is clean and in close proximity to other beaches as well.

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means that you are never very far from it. It's very quiet (compared to areas like Patong!) and I loved walking the beach at sunset to find one of the lovely beachfront bars or seafood restaurants. It's also quite an easy scooter (I use Grab) ride to Nai Thon beach which is gorgeous, with a strip of markets, shops, massage spots and more bars and cafes.

    The beach was amazing; you just need to be careful during nighttime because the water starts moving forward. Along the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants. We loved the fire show in Nomad Cafe.

    It's a beach resort , with all the amenities needed to relax . We used this hotel for 3 days after our busy week of touring Phuket and it was great. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range of items. The 2 swimming pools were very clean , but people reserve the pool chairs really early and it's difficult to get a lounger with all the towel marking .

    The location for the Phuket marathon, it is walking distance to the start. Nice rooms, and the pool area on the roof is great. Easy to walk into the area where all the restaurants are, and the hotel does have a shuttle if you don’t want to walk.
