Bangkok never sleeps, or so you might think as you fly into Suvarnabhumi International Airport. From luxurious mega malls like MBK and Siam Discovery in Siam Square to the famous Khao San Road in the Banglamphu district, this hard working city is packed with commerce, fiery food and soothing temples.
Catch a boat up river on the Chao Phraya Express or discover different neighbourhoods on the blissfully air-conditioned BTS Skytrain. A taxi or exhilarating tuk-tuk ride is never far away from the big attractions, which include Chinatown, Jim Thompson House and the floating markets at Damnoen Saduak.
To step out of the frenetic energy of street food stalls, amulet markets and the sizzling temperatures, discover an oasis of calm in one of the many Buddhist temples. Be awed by the majesty of the Grand Palace and marvel at the world’s longest reclining Buddha at Wat Pho. While you’re there why not relax even more with a traditional Thai massage?
From the sky-scraping luxury hotels with world famous rooftop bars to a cheap hostel bed in the centre of town, Booking.com will help you explore all Bangkok has to offer.

The Saan location is great as easy walk to BTS, ferry and ICON. Also two 7 11s nearby and two great coffee shops on the way to BST.
A further comment on Saan ....new 2 x 7 story towers with a cool pool in between. The cafe / breakfast / coffee shop will open end of March. Any aircon problems reported by others earlier I'm told have been addressed. No problem with ours. We like a flat pillow so ended up buying our own.

Bangkok is an amazing city with everything from highrise ultra modern buisness districts and malls to little wooden houses with small streetfood stalls outside.
Its life in full color and the city is a must see and experience,
Very chaotic but people seem to be so polite and in general relaxed.
Woudl definitly see the Reclining Budda the City Center, Take a boat trip around the cannals
Id avoid the resurants around the grand palace seems like allot of over priced food for tourists.
Very easy to get around via Taxi ( use Grab or Bolt apps ) and skytrain.
Many people speak a bit of english so communication quite easy.
In the warmer months its extreemly hot but the bubble tea sold everywhere is can really help with this!

It’s a modern city with skyscrapers galore yet it is exotic and has wonderful temples such as Wat Arun, Po and Emerald Buddha temples. Good transport links to avoid road traffic including river boats, sky train and a version of the London Underground. The brand new Icon Siam shopping complex on the river is amazing.

I and a big fan of Bangkok is great I had no problems, the people are friendly and respectful, the city is interesting, good shopping if thats what you like and lots of it. Plenty of coffee shops, bars, wine bars huge choice of restaurants and street food. A busy city with lots of people but with lots of place to relax and forget where you are.
Thai food for me is really delicious so good at good prices, there are many different food types to choose from other than Thai, you want a burger and fries you got it. Anything can be ordered and delivered to you hotel.
Cash is king but there are plenty of place's that take cards but often with a 3% extra charge.
Always set the price before getting in a taxi, unless metered.

Bangkok is a a very busy city, the locals are very friendly and accomodating. Local public transport, Taxis, Tuk Tuks and Motorbikes are a very cheap way of getting around. The heat and humidity can be somewhat uncomfortable, but Hotels and Shopping Malls are very well air-conditioned.

an amazing city of lots ot explore and discover. every visit to Bangkok brings new things to see, places to visit and varieties of food to taste throughout the city and at any time of the day or night.
Everything is very clean and neat, the pool area looks wonderfull and the pool itself is relatively big. There is also a small gym right near the pool so you can go for a swim right after the workout. The location is nice, there is a metro station 7 min walk away and plenty of food/coffee places nearby. Also it`s very close to some attractions and the area itself is very authentic and interesting to explore. We`ve stayed in 3 hotels within similar price range during our time in Bangkok and this one was definitely my favourite.
I just searched quickly and found this hotel when i had to extend one more day to stay in Bangkok due to my passport issue, so i booked because the hotel is near to the embassy, and I was happy with my stay. The price is so affordable and the quality is very good. The bed/mattress is very comfortable to sleep. full hot water available, the room is clean, the breakfast is okay and everything else that u need to short stay. If you want to find the hotel near to US or Vietnam embassy, this one is definitely the best choice.
The property has been so well thought out and everything a guest could want it has. The decorations are rustic and there is something different everywhere you look.
It is like a home away from home but a beautiful luxury home. Breakfast serves the best coffees in Bangkok with a dedicated barrister all included.
Even the smokers area is nicely appointed, looked after and cleaned not like most hotels who treat smokers as second class citizens.
Who ever is behind this hotel is at the top of there game and has nailed it.
Staff members Nam, Moey, Fah, and Moethi made sure I had a pleasant stay. They carried my bags for me and arranged a taxi for me hassle free from the hotel to the bkk airport and for an amazing price. They were so helpful and kind! The breakfast buffet was very impressive and delicious, worth the money. The bed and pillows were the best I’ve had in Thailand. There’s a tub and walk in shower in the bathroom. The view from my room was the outstanding, could see the whole city and the street life below.
Probably the cleanest and comfiest room we had in all our stays in Thailand!! The hosts spoke really good English and are very kind and helpful. We chose this hotel because of an early flight back, it's just 17' from the airport! Also the small garden made us feel like we're still in the Islands or maybe a small village up North. Definitely takes you away from Bangkok's traffic and noise
An absolute Jem
They also provide you with free coffee/ tea or chocolate which was a nice gesture
The lady at the reception was very friendly. I had stored my luggage beyond their work hours on the day of check out and she patiently waited for me after her work hours.
The rooms were clean and quiet with no weird smell. I booked the hotel for a short stay to transport, so the location was perfect for me as the MRT metro station was near by. The only downside is that it is a little farther away from the main attractions in Bangkok but the booking price more than makes up for that.
Radssion is best all around the world , Radssion Blu plaza bangkok is really best place to stay in heart of City .
Restaurant staff are really good , Housekeeping team are best on their job and Front office team really help me lot with information about hotel services and help to get it ,
Thank you everyone, Kitchen team for lovely food and security for helping us to get the correct way on street.
Best Teamwork, Thank you so much for your service and Hospitality in this country.
Incredibly beautiful, spacious and fresh rooms for a small price. A real gem within walking distance of the gigantic mall: Icon Siam. The free shuttle boat from Icon Siam to Asiatique is also a nice extra!
We have stayed here the most pleasant of all our hotels in Bangkok, partly because of the friendly employees: Ariel and Alex. Two toppers who take the time to make sure you feel at home!
The free coffee/tea every morning was also so nice!
Can't say enough things about our stay at the Aetas Lumpini hotel. The staff at the front desk was amazing. Extremely professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was exceptional! It was very clean and comfortable. This was the perfect hotel to end our vacation in Thailand. We had drinks by the pool and it was a great way to unwind after a long day of walking around Bangkok. The staff was exceptional and should be commended. Bravo!!!
Our first accommodation experience in Thailand as we flew direct to Bangkok. The hotel exceeded our expectations especially based on the price. Was expecting a travelodge style hotel but this was a small boutique type place with great rooms, great pool and fantastic location. Off the main streets gives peace and quiet which is surprising being in the middle of Bangkok. Stayed for 2 nights before travelling south, worth every penny!
Le Tada is my favourite place to be in Bangkok and this is my third stay at this hotel. Spacious rooms, Excellent breakfast, homely feel and quiet surroundings with a very good park with lake just opposite to hotel. Besides, many different kinds of restaurants and cafes nearby. Metro connectivity at walking distance and Express way connection to Airport plus point.
The suite has one of the largest living room in town. The decoration and ambience are beautiful and grand. The living room will give u 180 degrees view of Bangkok’s central business district, one of the rarest scene to get among most of the hotels in town. The location is close to Central World, Gaysorn Plaza and Paragon. Sky train station is within the walk range.
This hotel is a good price point if you need to see the China Town part of Bangkok and the temples and palace are also very close.
It is good only if you are wanting to see this area of Bangkok for a day or two.
The laundry room in the hotel with washer and dryer was convenient.
Lobby area and cafe in the hotel had very nice coffee and croissant.
Best breakfast (Thai dishes !!) we had in Thailand, prepared by Kanta‘s mum.
Rooms are large, clean and super quiet. Very comfy beds and bedsheets. Wonderful hosts. Only 10 mins walk to EM Quartier and BTS, close to good restaurants. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at in the city.
We were so lucky to find this hotel whilst planning our holiday to Thailand, and we are so happy with our stay there.
Highly recommend it as it is walking distance to the connected BTS which makes travelling around Bangkok even easier, it is also a direct train from the airport :)
Very clean, very quiet, and very good breakfast!
Excellent pre-arrival communication and front office staff. Professional, helpful and very friendly! The beds are among the best in Bangkok( we’ve experienced most high end 5 star hotels). Crisp and extremely comfortable with high quality linens and pillows.
Room was very nice and spacious. The floor was not carpeted which is great. Staff were very friendly. Aromatherapy massage was great and very relaxing. The hotel is very near Don Muang Airport and Bangkok Immigration Office.
Great location, 10 min walk to the airport rail link. The staff is very friendly and gives very good service. Reasonable price for a reasonably sized room. We're be coming back to this hotel when in Bangkok again!
