Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, it's only 2mins walking to Fisherman’s Village. The staff was wonderful. Front desk (Pepito) staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite new i guess and well maintained. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the view of the sunrise and sunset. We also visited "The Deck Beach Club" which is the same owner of the hotel in which they have pool and restaurant with 15% discount if you are checked-in one of their hotels.

To get to the hotel, you have to go through the cafe and through the back. You wouldn't know that there was a hotel entrance out back just by being in the cafe. The hotel was very clean and the owners were extremely friendly. Your key card works at the cafe entrance as well when they are closed (11pm to 11am). My wife and I plan on staying here for one more night before leaving Koh Samui. Fisherman's Village is a really nice area to stay in Koh Samui and this hotel was in a very central location.

Although just a few minutes walk to the Main Street in Fisherman’s Village there was no noise whatsoever. I used the cute little balcony about every night when I wasn’t walking the village. Many, many nice restaurants and a few good coffee shops within a 15 minute walk. Staff was phenomenal and can arrange laundry if desired though there is self serve onsite and nearby. Beautiful beach nearby as well.

Everything was perfect - the cleaners did an amazing job everyday. It’s so close to the beach - comfortable pillows & AC works well. Big size room & bathroom - I felt very safe & happy. Nice area & great local restaurants a close walk away! Thanks :) would stay here again!

    The Fisherman's Village was fantastic. No car or scooter access at night made for lovely walks along the street, seeing the markets and bars and restaurants in relative peace. Plus none of the typical sleazy Thai bars/clubs.

    I prefer to always stay on Bophut beach as I love the quietness and also at night the walking street is closed to cars so you can walk at your own leisure without having to worry about cars and bikes. The walking street is full of great restaurants to eat at with the most amazing food, even the food market is worth a visit with its entertainment and street food. Some of the restaurants we ate at were Bacaba, The Shack, Patuy restaurant, Nahm, 2 fishes, all amazing. We even hired a car and driver one day who drove us around the island.

    This area isn’t as nice as other places on sumui we preferred the Lamai area and the beach on Chaweng , we found the fisherman’s night market to be one of the better thinks in this area but fisherman’s village over hyped, overpriced and not a genuine Thai experience very pretentious,Nathon a more genuine Thai town and far more character

    Gorgeous hotel with beautiful surroundings, very zen. Staff were great very friendly and couldn’t do enough Lovely touch on my birthday celebration, a beautiful cake creation was left as a surprise when I returned to my room at night. I will come back soon

    Excellent resort options.

    Excellent resort options. Very clean beach with less crowds, primarily attached to the resorts. Fisherman village was very beautiful and bustling with activity with gr8 options for food and drinks. Very close to Chaweng which is also a very happening place.

    Out of all the beaches we visited and stayed on, Bophut was - by far - the best. Clean, pretty, and pleasant to stroll on. Fisherman's Village is on the beach and a great place to grab lunch, dinner, or shop. Bophut is a great beach to visit and stay on.

    I would really recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in Koh Samui. It is a great location, Fishermans village. About a 5 minute walk from the markets, lots of restaurants and tourist information desks. The staff were amazing!! We had a problem with our ped and they sorted it all out for us. Breakfast was lovely, pool was clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable.

    Dreamcatcher was great for the following reasons It felt authentic, the location was great right next to the beach, they hired out mopeds and we took one out everyday, they recommended places to go and we went to many of them, all of them fabulous, we felt safe and looked after, the rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely, it made our stay in Koh Samui memorable

    It’s actually 2 hotels in one, you want to be sure that you are booking on the new side. It’s located in a calm area of Koh Samui, walking distance to the night market and some authentic small restaurants. The rooms smell a bit moldy, but I think it’s due to high humidity. The beach is pretty narrow with some old sunbeds, but not crowded at all.
