My experience at this hotel was so incredible that I extended my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the walking street and many great restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy total peace and quiet. The rooms were spotless, the views breathtaking, and the atmosphere truly relaxing. A special thank you to Pepito and Dia, whose warmth and attention to detail made everything flawless. Can’t wait to come back!

To get to the hotel, you have to go through the cafe and through the back. You wouldn't know that there was a hotel entrance out back just by being in the cafe. The hotel was very clean and the owners were extremely friendly. Your key card works at the cafe entrance as well when they are closed (11pm to 11am). My wife and I plan on staying here for one more night before leaving Koh Samui. Fisherman's Village is a really nice area to stay in Koh Samui and this hotel was in a very central location.

Although just a few minutes walk to the Main Street in Fisherman’s Village there was no noise whatsoever. I used the cute little balcony about every night when I wasn’t walking the village. Many, many nice restaurants and a few good coffee shops within a 15 minute walk. Staff was phenomenal and can arrange laundry if desired though there is self serve onsite and nearby. Beautiful beach nearby as well.

Locations was perfect and the place had the best host we’ve ever had in Thailand. She let us check-in earlier and check-out later than we were supposed, she ordered us taxi to pier/airport, gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Would definitely stay at Dreamcatcher again on our Koh Samui next visit!

The garden/pool area is beautiful and peaceful to relax with loungers & tables. The rooms are a good size, very clean. Only a few mins walk to the beach, minimart, ATMs, food options & markets. JP was so helpful with recommendations for attractions and where to eat. also very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay (twice!). we really enjoyed our time at Avocado :)

    The Fisherman's Village was fantastic. No car or scooter access at night made for lovely walks along the street, seeing the markets and bars and restaurants in relative peace. Plus none of the typical sleazy Thai bars/clubs.

    I prefer to always stay on Bophut beach as I love the quietness and also at night the walking street is closed to cars so you can walk at your own leisure without having to worry about cars and bikes. The walking street is full of great restaurants to eat at with the most amazing food, even the food market is worth a visit with its entertainment and street food. Some of the restaurants we ate at were Bacaba, The Shack, Patuy restaurant, Nahm, 2 fishes, all amazing. We even hired a car and driver one day who drove us around the island.

    This area isn’t as nice as other places on sumui we preferred the Lamai area and the beach on Chaweng , we found the fisherman’s night market to be one of the better thinks in this area but fisherman’s village over hyped, overpriced and not a genuine Thai experience very pretentious,Nathon a more genuine Thai town and far more character

    Gorgeous hotel with beautiful surroundings, very zen. Staff were great very friendly and couldn’t do enough Lovely touch on my birthday celebration, a beautiful cake creation was left as a surprise when I returned to my room at night. I will come back soon

    Excellent resort options.

    Excellent resort options. Very clean beach with less crowds, primarily attached to the resorts. Fisherman village was very beautiful and bustling with activity with gr8 options for food and drinks. Very close to Chaweng which is also a very happening place.

    Out of all the beaches we visited and stayed on, Bophut was - by far - the best. Clean, pretty, and pleasant to stroll on. Fisherman's Village is on the beach and a great place to grab lunch, dinner, or shop. Bophut is a great beach to visit and stay on.

    The Villa with private pool was excellent and access to the hotel's private beach was a big plus. Staff were amazing and tried everything to make us at feel welcome. Their restaurant by the beach was the highlight with good meal options and a very nice breakfast. Location is also amazing as its a short walk from the fishermen's village. I would definitely choose Bandara anytime I go to Koh Samui.

    The location is great but the hotel itself was a bit of a let down as was the breakfast. We’ve been travelling around SE Asia for five months and this was the least nice place we’ve stayed. We understand it’s Koh Samui and so you have to pay more if you want more. But for what we paid we expected a little more.
