The room was super clean. I really like the bathroom and the toilet that separate from each other and it has sink in the middle. Room size is perfectly fine. Location is great as well; it is in the old city and downtown. Staff were very friendly.

    I am considering retirement in HY and this first stay was a real help to decide. I really like HY. There is so much I haven't seen on this trip but I will return in a couple of months. BOLT is a great way to get around, average journey price 55 baht (april 2025) BOLT drivers are amazing, you can have a car turn up in 2 minutes and be on your way. The selection of food in HY is off the scale. I have not met one person who was unkind or rude. I have had a couple of bad experiences in cafes with cold food or slow service but nothing to put me off returning to this city.

    Lots of places to visit and reasonable rates.

    Lots of places to visit and reasonable rates. Great choices for food with delicious, fresh street food to great restaurants - choices to fit different budgets. Great for family vacation as it is more than just a place to shop. With the hot and humid weather, best to dress with light clothing. You can negotiate for day rates with various drivers and this will make it easier for your going to different places around Hatyai.

    Good place to visit.

    Good place to visit. Many good places to visit in Hat Yai and Songkhla. Gooden Statue Mermaid, Stainless Steel Temple, 4-Face Buddha, Floating Market etc. Foods are good and very cheap. Grab for transport is cheap too. People here are very nice. My only wish for them is to learn more English and so, they can earn more !!

    A nice town.

    A nice town. I'm sure there's a lot more to explore there which I unfortunately couldn't in just one morning (on my way to my main destination in southern Thailand) and with just one night's stay (on my way back home in Malaysia).

    If you're looking for a family friendly location, affordable...

    If you're looking for a family friendly location, affordable, plenty of local night markets, a convenient location and relatively close to necessities, Hat Yai would definitely be a choice to consider. I think it's even a good place for long term stays as the rents in Hat Yai are surprisingly affordable.

    This is a little nugget of a place which we managed to find as all other hotels were unavailable during our visit to Hat Yai. The premises far exceeded our expectations as our rooms were clean with comfortable beds and linen, with working air conditioning and running hot water. The decor of the common areas were so artfully done, modern and artistic… we loved it! Ms Chin, the proprietor was so helpful and welcoming. A great stay and we will return some day. Alll round 5 stars for Poshtel Goodnight.

    the front staff so good, i couldt remember her name , as we book 5 room and arrive early she manage to give us 1 room to check in early ,, the housekeeping lady also so nice .. the room is so clean . location is near lee garden night market .. just go down from the lobby there 7E and watson nearby .. no need to worry about Halal food is so many infront lobby hotel pick this hotel if you want to food hunting

    We only stayed one night at Siam Mansion, but from the warm welcome, to the smooth checkout, it proved to be a very well run hotel: pleasant staff, large, comfortable rooms, good value for money, nice communal facilities, central location and everything super clean. We would definitely recommend Siam Mansion to other travellers to Hat Yai.

    The location is good; not too near with the busy central (Lee garden) but still in the radius of the central. The staff are friendly and the guard guy really very helpful with the park of your vehicles. There always a tuktuk standby at the hotel so not a problem to move around.
