Rooms are beautiful. Food/drinks menu has a huge range of options, very reasonably priced and big portions. Beach is quiet and relaxed with a few different options for food and drinks. We also booked through the hotel massages, yoga class and a boat trip which we loved.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and honestly our stay was absolutely amazing. Seree and her parter made us feel right at home, so welcoming and warm. Very nice place! Even though the hotel is big I felt intimate. Nice water park - adults can also have fun. Comfortable room with everything you need. Very nice service. Hotel mainly for families with children 😊 - it's better to keep this in mind if you're a couple because you probably won't avoid the screams of small children 🙃

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday. Roads are trecherous to drive, but the views are stunning. Beachfront resort with a nice pool, you have all you need! Some wonderful seafood buffets to uncover and a visit to one of the elephant camps will satisfy your urge to explore.

    A nice tropical island with white sand beaches, beautifull mountains, waterfalls and rainforests. Very civilized - plenty of shops, bars and restaurants for all kinds of foods and wallet thicknesses. You need to designate the season when to visit: I prefer rainy, or, as locals say "green", with rains every day but quiet and lush nature and no crowds to visit the paradice island.

    Probably what most of Thailand was like 25 years ago - limited beach front developments and no ugly high rise. Plenty of local places close to the hotel to go out to and eat. Not too busy at time of visit as coming into the low season. I would think that the queues to the ferry to get to-from the island must be pretty long during the high season which would be something to be aware of especially if flying out of Bangkok

    Love the island!

    Love the island! It reminds me of some the better parts of beachfront Mexico in the past. The Klong Plu Waterfall was also definitely a highlight, especially for a cooler dip when the ocean water is arguably "too warm".

    Napalai cooking school was hands down the best thing we did here! Bunny was amazing! The rest of our stay was brilliant also, depending where you stay and how confident you are on a scooter, could spend a week exploring the island

    Easy to get to from Bangkok via air or hire car with an excellent blend of nightlife and nature>>We checked out several hotels and all were up to speed on customer service and easy beach access. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and one child. The restaurants were top shelf with several sunset clubs offering DJ's and cocktails. The nature is accessible and taxi's can transport you to the best spots. Phone connectivity is great with 5G in all of the areas we visited. The Elephant park was fun, our grandson enjoyed feeding them though best to book ahead..

    This place is amazing, so friendly, nice bungalows, great pool, and treated like family. Also showed me an app that has an amazing exchange rate and no banking fees. Talking around 25% more money using his way, would never stay anywhere else in Ko chang, you couldn't find an all round hotel and owners. Nearly forgot he also has every sorting event, TV from 30 countries and all pov events. Best place on the island. Your mad if you don't stay here

    Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and very friendly staff . You are eating breakfast each day while enjoying stunning view at the beach , you are literally a few steps from it . Really nice pool , where you can enjoy the sunset with good a cocktail while in it . And it is a good location, not far from White Sand Beach , where you can take taxi 70 BHT per person and 100 BTH to a Lonely Beach .

    Excellent bungalow 201, just near pool and beach. Clean pool, bungalow big bed, nice bathroom. Staff in restaurant very friendly. Food great and hotel good value for money. In between Kai Bae and Lonely beach village. A scooter or taxi 10 mins to Kai Bae or can walk to Lonely village along the beach or road. Fo careful at night , little bit dark along the road!
