Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. Koh Jum is a beautiful island, also quiet (not like Phuket for example). I loved that from Krabi transportation is with local boats and the beautiful green jungle everywhere. Koh Jum has quiet sandy beaches which allow you to escape the crowds! Lovely food and nice people. Simple beach bungalows - seafront is best 😊. There are quirky bars scattered on the various beaches - which are great to visit . Saw no cars on the island , just a couple of trucks for guests otherwise it’s scooters or Tuk-tuks. Calm and quite place with a mix of rocky and sandy beaches. Plenty of nature, great food with friendly and welcoming local people. Suitable for families and people looking for a beutiful place off the beaten track and nowhere near as busy as nearby places such as Phi Phi island.
