This place felt like home straight away. Its have everything you need. Very good location. Beautiful access to the water with small private beach, you feel like its for you. Very peaceful. Good place to eat close by. But mostly what impressed me the most is the owner of the property. Super warm and friendly, supportive and always ready to help. You don’t find this kind of attitude very easily, so im very thankful for this. So definitely coming back!

Beautiful place by the beach with an amazing pool. Olga, the hostess, was very sweet and attentive, she explained how to get to the property clearly and let us check in early. She also gave us lots of water, toilet paper, towels, and there are dishes, a fridge, great air conditioning, lots of extra towels and beach mats, and a very nice patio with chairs. The bed was big and comfy, and everything was very clean and new. It’s near the center of koh Tao, but not too close to all the noise. It was quiet and right on the beach:)

The stay at the villa exceeded all expectations! The house is spacious, bright, and very cozy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. A special delight was the terrace with a pool and a stunning view of the sea. Swimming with such a view is pure happiness! The pool was cleaned regularly, and the water always remained clear and pleasant. A separate thank-you to the host, Artem. He was always available and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Thanks to his tips, we tried several dishes we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, it was a real revelation! We felt not like tourists, but like cherished guests. This villa was a true discovery for us: the comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. We left with a touch of sadness and the firm intention to return again.

    We had a warm welcome by Nikki, she was very helpful. Our stay was perfect, the rooms are big and very clean, bed is nice and soft, breakfast was simple but good and the location is beautifull. I would definetly come back again! All perfect!
