This place was perfect to me as it checked all the boxes: amazing sunset views, very clean, comfortable and modern studio, fully equiped kitchen to cook your own food, in a quiet area which felt safe for a solo woman, yet still near from the amazing beach "Haad Yao", several pretty good restaurants, a 7eleven and more, all by walk (5 min). There is a laundry service right opposite to the bungalows which is very convenient too. Personally, I don't like to rent a bike so I was looking for the perfect location. I am not disappointed. So I even extended my stay here 2 times. The hosts are really nice and accomodating. The kitchen has everything that you need, even a blender. I was just missing a colander which they provided along with ants repellent when needed. After I extended my stay, Kate helped me move my stuff up to the other bungalow, which was kind. The studios are very clean and the bed comfortable, is has everything that you need. Be aware that you have to walk uphill to enjoy this view and there are stairs to reach the bungalow so it won't be suitable for people with knee issues for example. Otherwise it's a good workout :) I actually like it, and being high somehow makes me feel safer than having a bungalow right on the beach. The lady in charge of cleaning is very kind and professional too, it was a pleasure to come back to a spotless clean apartment after few days of use (every 5 days she will clean). The price is fair for the quality of service provided, and I mean the view was a delight every morning for a breakfast on the balcony and in the evening for the breath taking sunset view!!! I would definitely come back.

Peter was a top host. Messaged over details and a video of how to find the bungalows. Very friendly, met us upon arrival to say hello and helped us with hiring mopeds. The bungalow makes for a cozy stay. Location is great, right on the beach front. Was a very relaxing stay.

This was possibly my favorite place that I stayed on my one-month trip through Southeast Asia. What an incredible find. Amazing view, secluded, easy to get to (5 minutes from the port on a scooter). Roosters might wake you up, but this is common in rural areas everywhere. Beautifully manicured gardens. Fabulous eggs Benedict for breakfast. I want to stay here again. Highly recommend!

    We had an excellent stay. Peter, the host, was so accommodating. We’ve never had a host so nice and friendly!! The property was perfect for a night. We were able to leave our bags early and check out late. He even sorted a scooter rental for the day. Excellent and will deffo recommend!

    Marina and her staff were exceptional. The service was at the highest standard. They offer a thorough clean twice a week and help with things such as finding a scooter, rides to the harbour or shops, etc. The apartment itself is excellent in terms of furnishing and quality standards.

    Amazing location, just a 30 sec walk to a really beautiful, quiet beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Apartment had amazing facilites, lots of utensils in the kitchen. Bed was so comfortable and the whole apartment was beautifully decorated. The bedroom also had a huge tv with netflix on! The host was also lovely and so helpful.

    + The bungalow felt like a modern apartment in the jungle. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. The bathroom has a polished modern look compared to a regular Koh Phangan bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with many kitchen devices you might need like a blender for fruit shakes, a toaster, a kettle, a kitchen stove, and a microwave. + Hosts were friendly, we talked on WhatsApp and in person. They gave me keys and the wifi password upon my arrival.
