This is without doubt a true 5 star hotel and the experience is 10 on a scale of 9. The desk manager, Natandra is big part of the e'sprit de corp experience. Definitely one for the books. One would be hard-pressed to find a property that is so well branded to every detail. From the moment we arrived it was nearly impossible to open a door for ourselves. We stayed 4 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. We never once arrived, regardless of time, where we weren't greeted in the most gracious manner. The room was over-the-top and the turn-down service rivaled all other five star experiences we have ever had. Not use to having 8 to 10 truffles, including two each on our pillows every night, plus fresh fruit plater. Mind, we are professionals and very much in the know. This is without question in the top 5 of the the list "Amazing Places we Love to Review". Comfort was exceptional, service was beyond exceptional. The entire property is awesome. The pool water temperature was perfect, the softness and condition of the water was noticeably the best we ever experienced. Fresh clean towels were waiting for us whenever we departed the stairs of the pool. Room service menu didn't appear to be impressionable at first, but the presentation and flavors would rival many high end restaurant experiences. Room Service... mind you! Even the poolside food was mind-blowing... best Australian Beef Burger EVER. The appointments of the room were attentive to every detail, we loved the carousel entertainment center, the bathroom with the circular jacuzzi tub was most enjoyable, very sensual for couples. And the fragrances of the towels and linens. OMG! The consistency of excellence carried through in every detail.. But beyond the aesthetics, the actual comfort and class was the human experience. Ms. Natandra is so worth her weight in gold. The Best, the best, the best.

Hidden gem - recently renovated/ finished in early 2025. Great spot to stay if you want to walk down to the beach but also get a cheap fast moto into the city (and great if you want to stay slightly out from the seedy part of Pattaya). Close to Muscle factory gym, 7/11, some cafes, etc. Rooms were very clean, spacious, cozy, pool downstairs. No street noise or music noise. Value for money is great if you want "hotel like" experience without the price tag, and avoid being in an actual hostel (even though its called a hostel... didn't feel like one at all which is great). Beds were very comfy... not hard and not too soft. Shower had great pressure and clean. Wifi was good. I extended my stay here 4x times. Better than everything around the area. Staff are very kind and friendly.

    South Pattaya was a great location for us but we did find it...

    South Pattaya was a great location for us but we did find it difficult in getting transportation to the hotel to be able to travel into town. Getting home was okay as there were plenty of transport options to get you home. It is an easy walk of about 20-25 minutes but not suitable for some due to steep hills and steps.

    There is lots to do!

    There is lots to do! No shortage of 7/11 stores, restaurants, markets, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Transportation is abundant, if you don't want to go out, food can easily be delivered quickly. Day or night there's always something to do. The beaches are nearby and pretty good. Get ready to be asked a million times if you want serves, like a manicure/pedicure , ice cream, jewelry, etc. All different nationalities from all over the world, which I loved! I eat at Taste of Norway and another restaurant near the market up the street from the condo. Both good, but the market one was cheaper. Fraser's Sports Bar a few time's for dinner. Nice atmosphere, good wait staff, good food and a friendly manager. Sanctuary of Truth Museum was very good. Go to "Walking Street" at night! It's mind blowing. Lots of YouTuber's about, so don't do anything you don't want on YouTube. We were on it a few times, just sitting or walking around. I would defiantly go back! I was there for a month.

    Everything was very nice, have been many times, my previous visit was a very long time ago. I felt safe, enjoyed everything, explored a lot of places and would recommend to anyone wanting to have a vacation / holiday.

    Great location 15 minute drive by mini bus to Pattaya...

    Great location 15 minute drive by mini bus to Pattaya central / walking street and approx the same to jomtein beach so location is very good access to both hot spots. Few massage shops in the area and lots of nice restaurants. Overall I would score the area 8/10. Taxi services and mini bus are great to get around

    Seedy, people driving around in convertible cars making noise and showing off, just so dull. I didn’t visit the sex street but it was very apparent that sex tourism is a large part of the economy. The markets were not fun compared to the markets in the north of Thailand. The temples were pretty though and the view from them was lovely

    Deep swimming pool with proper sun lounges and umbrellas for sunbathing. A little gym.. there’s a sauna which I didn’t use though. Lovely reception area. And the room was very cool and didn’t need much air con. Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. TV had English speaking channels which was the only hotel to have that in my 8 weeks in Thailand.
