Staff are super friendly. Room is more than adequate. Bed is huge. Bathtub and hand-held shower were a bonus. Breakfast buffet is always excellent.Location makes it easy to get around just by walking.

The staff could not be more helpful. At first we were booked into 2 different rooms on separate floors but because we were with my teenage daughter we really wanted to at least be on the same floor. Despite the hotel being fully booked within 10 minutes they had found 2 rooms on the same floor with wonderful views over Khon Kaen. Superb service! On top of that incredibly comfy bed. Huge bathroom and delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want. Will stay again if we come to the city again.
