Great concept of these floating hotel on the river situated on Kwai River in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. This resort overlooks the beautiful breath taking mountain view across your room. There is nothing about this place that I would recommend! This should be 200 baht per night, not 2500! The room is atrocious, the drinks menu had many options but unless you like Tiger beer, you’re out of luck! 350 baht for Tom Yum that even my Thai partner couldn’t eat! Hot water was broken and was eventually fixed after I insisted! Every food service was cold! Of course, I wanted to leave immediately but no refund! And of course booking.com don’t answer any queries! So let’s review them as well! Have sent 2 emails and had no response! Happy to take your money but that’s it! Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Owner was delightful and the river was beautiful. Canoes were available. The only problem for us was the shower area got flooded as there was no shower curtain and toilet seat was loose otherwise very nice place to stay.
