Excellent stay for our family. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and there are plenty of comfortable seats in the restaurant and the lobby/bar as well. The location is perfect, just exactly next to the biggest and best shopping mall in town. Many restaurants are nearby as well.

I like the design of the hotel. The bed is comfortable. The location is convenient and not too noisy. There is a restaurant (the pizza company) just at the entrance and a 7-eleven nearby (less than 5 minutes walk). Central plaza, railway station, bus terminal 1 is less than half an hour walk. Staff at the reception can communicate in English.
