The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. A beautiful property, excellent location across from the beach. The terrace / restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The suite I stayed at was very nice with two small balconies facing the beach. The staff are superb. Many thanks to Thamer at reception for being amazingly helpful in booking a tour for me on a short notice to visit Dougga and Bulla Regia, and also for him and the hotel’s kind gesture on my birthday which was on my first day at that hotel. Also many thanks to Jemal at the ground floor restaurant and to all the staff there for being always kind, professional and very helpful. A memorable stay.
