This hotel is truly amazing! It has a beautiful design, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless—I absolutely loved it. Everything was just perfect. Mohammed, one of the staff members, was so friendly and always smiling. I’m really grateful for his kindness. If you stay here, you can also use the fridge, which is super helpful during the summer to keep your water cold. Most importantly, the hotel is located right in the heart of the Medina—an incredible area—so you can easily walk to all the main tourist spots. Restaurants, souvenir shops, and clothing stores are all just steps away. This is truly a very strategic place to stay, and the price is very affordable considering everything it offers. If I ever come back to Sousse, I’ll definitely stay here again!

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They totally make it an exception place to stay. For us Leith and Wissem on front desk were most helpful and professional. Would love to come back They have an excellent variety of evening programs. The ANIMATION staff kept the crowd pumped-that was fun. The cleaning staff were attentive without being intrusive, made sure the room was in order and worked around our schedule.

Absolutely love this place ☀️ Great location, very calm, right on the beach with two great pools. Rooms are beautiful and some even have private pool which I can recommend. Staff is wonderful and many go out of their way to provided the best service. Check in process is great too with cake and drinks while you wait.

Paradise Found at Occidental Sousse Marhaba! If you're dreaming of a Tunisian getaway that ticks all the boxes, look no further than the Occidental Sousse Marhaba! This incredible hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. A Beach Lover's Paradise: The private beach was stunning! Soft sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of loungers had me basking in sunshine and ocean breezes all day. The beach bar kept the cocktails flowing, with friendly staff always happy to recommend their favorites. Family Fun in the Sun: My kids absolutely loved the pool complex! With multiple pools to choose from, there was always space to splash around and cool off. The animation team was fantastic, keeping the kids entertained with games, activities, and even mini-disco every night. They were true superstars! A Culinary Adventure: I was blown away by the variety and quality of the food. Freshly prepared dishes catered to every taste bud, from international favorites to delicious Tunisian specialties. The themed nights were a particular highlight, offering a taste of different cultures. Even the pickiest eaters (like some kids I know!) will find something to love. A Relaxing Retreat: The comfortable rooms provided a perfect haven after a fun-filled day. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the air conditioning kept us cool.     Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. Police are everywhere you look and make us feel safe.

    I did not go sight seeing.

    I did not go sight seeing. However, the people there are the best of humankind. I was there go get a family member back to UK who had fallen sick whilst on holiday in Sousse. From Taxi driver to hotel staff, they came to help in any way possible.

    One of the cleanest and most organised cities in Tunisia with excellent beach, but lacks Tunisian character. Very much designed for all inclusive hotel tourism, for the type of tourist that hardly ever sets foot on the street.

    Sousse is okay the Medina Market is large, walled like a castle, everything seemed to close early in February people friendly safe, trains and metro available, 4 days was enough or go all inclusive in the middle of nowhere ,bit like Morrocco but more touristy there were bars

    2 to 3 days is enough.

    2 to 3 days is enough. The constant scammers are quite annoying. Taxi's are cheap but insist it is a meter journey and sit in the front to see the fare. Cafes are good but check your menu vs bill. Local places are better than touristy places. Not so nice looking but a better more genuine experience.

    A beautiful city with wonderfully, welcoming and accommodating people. Sousse has a variety of activities including visiting the beautiful beaches and exploring the old monuments. Family friendly and great for those looking for a holiday without breaking the bank!

    the place is beautiful and super clean, right in the middle of the medina. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful: when we just arrived they offered us drinks (which is much appreciated with the hot weather) and they also left bottles of water at our room. The Air Conditioner works perfectly! and finally: The breakfast is amazing!! they bring to your table a wide range of typical Tunisian things. Highly recommended!

    Each room is super original and gathers the personality of the owners and Tunisia. The location is inside the Kasbah, so far from the impersonal all inclusive resorts. The breakfast was an exquisite feast with all the local special delicacies (no full English in Tunisia thank you). So if you’re looking for a local experience, you hardly will get better than that.

    I loved the interior design of the rooms. The mix between old and new decorations is incredible and it makes this hotel stands alone in the area. Super friendly staff. I had dinner by their chef and the food was so amazing (one of the best meals I had in Tunisia). Totally recommend it.
