GermanyThis is one of the best budget-hostel I've been to. For a very low price you got a room for yourself. It is fully equipped down to the last detail, like a compact version of your own home. The common areas are equally impressive, with plenty of chairs and tables perfect for relaxing or having a chat. There is also a spacious rooftop terrace. The hostel is bright, colorful, very clean and well-maintained. The staff are super helpful. I spent more days in Sousse than planned because of the hostel :)

QatarEverything was perfect about the facility. The location was so close to everything needed such as supermarkets, restaurants and places for leisure. Taxis were available all the time. The security is very guaranteed as nothing can go inside without them knowing and checked. The reception staff were so wonderful especially Ms Anissa who was beyond the perfection, I have never seen in my life such nice and helpful person like her. The food was nice and has a lot other variety. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The level of rubbish, care-worn facilities, unkempt beaches made for a very disappointing vacation.
Very little information or promotion of the heritage/antiquities at carthage, Bardo museum or in the medinas.
The traditional souks appear to have been replaced by stalls selling cheap trainers, clothes, copy watches and handbags.
The significant drop-off in tourism following the terrorist attacks a decade ago has been a major challenge.

Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. Police are everywhere you look and make us feel safe.

I did not go sight seeing. However, the people there are the best of humankind. I was there go get a family member back to UK who had fallen sick whilst on holiday in Sousse. From
Taxi driver to hotel staff, they came to help in any way possible.

One of the cleanest and most organised cities in Tunisia with excellent beach, but lacks Tunisian character. Very much designed for all inclusive hotel tourism, for the type of tourist that hardly ever sets foot on the street.

Sousse is okay the Medina Market is large, walled like a castle, everything seemed to close early in February people friendly safe, trains and metro available, 4 days was enough or go all inclusive in the middle of nowhere ,bit like Morrocco but more touristy there were bars

2 to 3 days is enough. The constant scammers are quite annoying. Taxi's are cheap but insist it is a meter journey and sit in the front to see the fare. Cafes are good but check your menu vs bill. Local places are better than touristy places. Not so nice looking but a better more genuine experience.

Great location ! We swam in the swimming pool which was huge and clean, the water was a little cool and the weather was very beautiful. We also played football with my children in a large grassy garden and also we played BabyFoot. The place is relaxing and the owner made us taste their traditional dish which was delicious. If we return this summer to Tunisia we will surely return to «Domaine de l’olivier».

The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was also really good. Right on the beach, some small shops and food places just outside the hotel and only a short journey into Sousse. The hotel is also super clean, a great team doing a thorough clean daily.

Very large apartment that actually has a table and chairs. Washing machine and drying area was adequate for our needs. Short walk to the beach though like all of Tunisia rubbish and bad smells everywhere.
