One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have visited many cities and stayed in many hotels, but only a few remain in my memory. This is one of them. Everything was great, the hospitality, the warm welcome, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the place, the delicious and varied food, the variety of activities and the wonderful location. Thank you Mr. Saleem for the wonderful gift. We extended our stay for tow days more. My family and I enjoyed our stay with you. We will definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at this hotel, while standard in its amenities, was elevated to something truly special by its absolutely phenomenal staff. A special shout-out, and truly, the highest praise, must go to Mrs. Dorsaf, the manager. She is an absolute gem! Her leadership clearly inspires the entire team, and her personal touch makes every guest feel valued and cared for. Whether it was a simple request or a more complex query, Mrs. Dorsaf handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a truly welcoming smile. She goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience for everyone. Equally impressive is Mr. Nacer, the chef of the restaurant. The food itself was delicious and consistently well-prepared, but Mr. Nacer's presence transformed every meal into an enjoyable interaction. He's incredibly approachable and clearly passionate about his craft and his guests' dining experience. He truly added a wonderful personal touch to our meals. While the hotel's standards might be what you expect from a comfortable, normal establishment, it's the extraordinary people like Mrs. Dorsaf and Mr. Nacer who truly set this place apart. If you're looking for a hotel where you'll feel genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well-cared for, look no further. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

It's our 3rd time returning to the Sultan, this time with even more friends and family. We had a wonderful stay again thanks to all the fun activities, padel, tennis, animation, mini disco and a lovely private beach. The room was comfy as always and the vibe was amazing. A special thanks to Mouna and Tata for entertaining our daughter and her friend ❤️. Big thanks to Mounir from the reception and to all the chefs and waiters for making my husband's birthday dinner unforgettable. Also a big shout out to the fabulous animators Haykel and Jamel for organising all the cool sport activities and to the lovely housekeeper lady that made a Swan decoration with flower petals on our bed. Hope to be back again next year. 🙏😊

    Tunis itself is worth a short visit. Hammamet is a nice place to relax. Nabeul is a pretty town about 30 mins in the taxi which is also worth visiting. Found 2 excellent restaurants there. Le Patio and Bon Kif.

    Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices. Many good restaurants, many shops. Close to the beach. Lovely peiople. Dont miss the medina. L'amiral a restaurant in the port, excellent service and wonderful food. Barberousse with a beautiful view and very good food.

    We didn't go out into Hammamet this time, but we have in the past. The old medina is fun, and there are a few nice restaurants on the beach. Otherwise, there isn't much reason to leave the resort.

    All the hotels in hammamet south was in bad conditions, dirty, poor service, no maintenance, bed dirty, poor conditions, to avoid absolutely, avoid booking with booking.com, staff who choice this hotels are not serious, want probably just to make money

    Stayed in the newer part of Yasmine Hammamet.

    Stayed in the newer part of Yasmine Hammamet. Area OK and quiet. This was mid June. Supermarkets closeby, for water and nibbles. I did not choose A.I., which did not bother me. However so many hotels in Yasmine area were AI, so one could not visit with friends easily as doormen were stopping entry without their wrist band - as if you would be drinking and eating in their hotel, which I was Not planning to do. The main town of Hammarmet has a lovely beach area and the Medina is a fav of mine. Visited town by local bus. Fare was 25p! Yasmine Hammamet- you can do plenty of sports including para- gliding. I went to a local Spa for seaweed wrap- it's pasted on then you go into a very hot room. Massages, pedicures etc are easily available too. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday- hot weather. Most hotels in Yasmine are geared for loudish entertainment which not for me but many ppl enjoy that side 😎

    In lieu of what the rest of Tunisia offers - for me - Hammamet was simply thee best...I'll recommend Hammamet and Iberrostar Averroes above Sidibou Said any day. Loved The Rovers Restaurant!!! The Medina was great, too.

    Amazing stay, tradional hotel, didn't feel like a hotel to be honest felt like a home, our apartment had 1 bedroom , 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen all in a tradional tunisian style!! The facilities included 3 swimming pools , free tickets to water park and cartage land and breakfast and dinner both included and of a good quality, especially the outdoor restaurant was amazing (included as an option for buffet dinner as part of our booking), would highly recommend for around 120£ a night it's an absolute bargain!!!

    The hotel is beautifully clean and well run by incredible friendly staff. The spacious bungalows are in the process of being renovated and we had a new one which had a few 'snagging' issues which were quickly rectified. The restaurant buffet was wonderful with an extensive choice of international and Tunisian specialities, particularly the patisseries. We had several relaxing treatments in the SPA which were great value.
