The staff were all amazing. Sia in particular was incredibly helpful even helping to call the local airline to arrange alternative flights after ours was cancelled last minute. Everybody worked tirelessly and with a huge smile on their faces. The whale guides were also equally incredible guiding us on multiple successful whale swimming experiences! Patti has a great team working for her

    Loved that it was remote with no roads, shops etc.

    Loved that it was remote with no roads, shops etc. Pickup from the airport and transfer to the boat was seamless. Note: The Lulutai Air flight leaves early if everyone is on board. Also, they cancelled the return flights the day before we left, due to rainy conditions. Don't book your Lulatai flight to connect with an international flight, leave a day in between.
