The food was very bad. The water in the shower was not warm enough. The restaurant was very nice but very crowded. We have to wait in line for elevator all the time. The stuff are very nice, but cleaning of the territory was always in the middle of the day and floor was wet and dangerous to walk, especially for elderly people. The spa is nice, but only sauna was complementary. You need to pay for everything else.

It was overall a very nice experience. There were lots of facilities for food, drink bars, indoor and outdoor areas to lounge with family, etc. There were several pools, including an indoor and two outdoor pools, a beach on the sea, a massage/spa area.
