Rust is widespread on kitchen appliances and furniture. The couch has holes in it. The room wasn’t clean especially behind the kitchen appliances and in the corner. Apparently, not deep cleaning has been done for a very long time. Not kettle and complementary coffee / tea. No toiletries at all !!! No room service. I had to ask the receptionist to change the bed sheet and pillows as I could see some hair from the previous guest!!!!!! I think they were not changed before I checked in!!

Perfect Location and services at a reasonable price for the time of the year with all hotels booked for Eid, this Hotel was able to accommodate us on a short notice and excellent services provided to us considering the infant child we had and still gave us the best view and best room, upgraded for free as well. what more I could ask for?
