Сool little town with friendly people, different restaurants and cafes, big and small shops, great food market, marina and promenade by the sea. I recommend for a couple of days, also to visit the thermal springs in the mountains once. Get to Yalova by ferry from Istanbul in 1.5 hours. Everything is cheap and easy.

It seemed like a good place to be.. there was cheap transport wid variety of places to eat.. the Mrs was pleased with the shops and tbe kids were pleased with the entertainment available.. the city appeared to be a safe place for families and children. The massage service is pretty good, around 30euros for 50 min full body. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, a wide choice of dishes and a magnificent view on the area from the 5th floor of the restaurant. Would definitely return here again.
