This stay was a couple blocks from where I used to live as a youth. I love the location. The owner has cute ideas presented in the property. I enjoyed my stay. The only complaint was that mini fridge makes noises occasionally and it sounds like a alarm clock from the cell phone.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated (we stayed in the blue room). We liked its high ceiling and the big balcony. The residence is not close to downtown but it wasn't too bad because we knew how to take the buses to travel around. The owner was friendly and nice. He bought breakfast every morning, which was just a very simple meal but tasty (too bad that there wasn't any fresh coffee provided). Overall, it was a very quiet and pleasant stay.
