We loved that it was so close to Kenting Night Market, yet far enough that you can’t hear anything even in the evenings. The room was clean and spacious and the king bed was so comfortable. They even reserved a parking for us with their cones on the street (we returned in the afternoon every day and not late in the evening to secure a spot.) The bathroom could use a separator for the shower, but it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the value you get. They also allowed our beloved Maltese son to stay with us; it’s so hard to find a clean affordable convenient place that allows dogs! We are definitely staying here every time we go to Kenting. Wish we found this place sooner!!!

What an incredible place to stay! Small enough to be a personalized boutique experience, but with plenty of amenities including meals freshly made on site and served in a lovely dining room; a small swimming pool, laundry facilities, slides and giant light up peg board for the kids, karaoke, bar, and lounged stocked with snacks. Records, games, toys, manga all available to borrow and use. Everyone in the family including our 6 and 8 year old absolutely loved it. A huge thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome and cared for. From refreshing our room, offering snacks and drinks, recommending their favorite local spots for snorkeling, finding us taxis or car service to surf spots, bartending, and making delicious food. Extra thanks to the staff who 1) helped us navigate the karaoke system since my Chinese reading is not so good (we came from the U.S.) and helped our family have so much fun 2) the chef and chef’s assistant who helped accommodate our food restrictions while still turning out varied, healthy, filling, and delicious meals. And 3) were patient with my limited and awkward mandarin pronunciation and vocabulary. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just about a block away from Kenting night market and tons of restaurants and lively kind vendors, delicious food and snacks. Perfect for a family with little ones that need food fast and run out of steam quick for going out in the evenings. The staff helped us set up in the bar or lounge to eat impromptu meals when needed. Thank you all so much! 11/10 Would stay again - we did not want to leave. Would recommend to anyone including all my friends and family.

The hotel is located on a quiet back street near to the night market. The place is quite new and very clean. There were a few eccentric features, like we had a huge bathtub, which was nice but difficult to get in and out of. The host was very nice and gave us some fruit. Which was very generous. It had a more Japanese vibe than Chinese. Every room seems to be unique.

    Fun area to explore need to rent a scooter or car to see more the national park is beautiful, and a lot of nice beaches.Only downside in Kenting is night market opens around 6:00 pm and almost nothing going on during the day, so don’t expect lunch or an afternoon cocktail. Night market is loud with boom boxes at a lot of drink stands competing for business, but food is good and friendly people. English is spoken well by a lot of people.

    Great weekend get-away and great location for national parks and beaches in Taiwan! Super easy to reach by the shuttle from the HSR station. The night market is super yummy and love the community around it.

    Fair Warning: Kenting requires bike or scooter/car for the common traveler/backpacker. Some people I met thought the area was underwhelming and boring. However, the scenery along the roads is gorgeous, and YouBikes are available. Scooters more convenient for most on hot days (it will get very hot in summer). The landscape and laid back environment is what draws me here.

    Due to health reasons, we arrived to Kenting later than we had planned. It is definitely worth spending a couple of days there. The landscapes are so beautiful and the people and the vibe are so friendly and relaxed. If you are planning to enjoy the beach, I would recommend doing a small research beforehand, as not all beaches are accessible and swimmable due to the national park protection or because some beach areas are reserved for hotel guests.

    Kenting was quite busy at night with the night market along...

    Kenting was quite busy at night with the night market along the main street. There was a good atmosphere and lots to see and do. We visited the lighthouse one day using the local bus. We had another day on the beach. We ate at a local family restaurant in the evening which was frequented by locals. They served vegetarian food and local fish.( I did a Google review of the restaurant the name is in Chinese )

    Location was at the end of the main night market road and was handy for transport and the beach. The room was on the second floor and at the back of the hotel . It was large with two double beds and had a balcony. It was very clean and modern and quiet. At the front of the hotel was a small street facing patio, where we enjoyed sitting at a table, eating our food and watching the hords at the night market go by.

    One of the best stays we've had in Taiwan. The owners are incredibly friendly and they keeping everything clean all the time. Room is spacious and having a balcony is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable too. The included breakfast is also great! Nice mix of local and western foods as well as fresh fruits. It's located a bit off the main street, which means it's quiet at night. Cannot recommend enough!
