The communication was exceptional—very responsive and incredibly helpful! I chose this hotel for our stay during the Lantern Festival, and they even provided useful information about the event. It's only a 3-5 minute walk to Pingxi Old Street, where we had the chance to release a lantern. The bus stop and local train station are also close by, and convenience stores like 7-11 and FamilyMart are within walking distance—perfect for grabbing breakfast or a late-night snack. By around 6 PM, the community becomes peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy your stay. The room is spacious and well-equipped with complimentary amenities, including free bottled water and tea. For added convenience, there’s also a hair dryer for ladies and a small fridge to keep your food fresh. When we attended the event, we left our luggage there and picked it up later that night. We truly appreciate having these requests accommodated!

THE STAFF WERE AMAZING. They were very attentive and always ensured my stay was pleasant. As a solo female traveller they made me feel safe and did their best with speaking English to me. As the name of the accommodation suggests, it was a very homey feel! Extras such as the free sky lantern at night and breakfast in the morning were absolutely wonderful. Room size was big and window had a lovely view.

This property had the most beautiful location. The rooms had a private hot spring. The staff treated you like visiting royalty. Perfect for the lantern festival. What a gem. There was even an art gallery And my friend said the walking trail was nice.

Big and comfortable room. We had everything we needed. Great breakfast. We used the washing machine few times and even got the gel for free. Very quiet place, with chicken and ducks, the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this property!
