Big and comfortable room. We had everything we needed. Great breakfast. We used the washing machine few times and even got the gel for free. Very quiet place, with chicken and ducks, the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this property!

This property had the most beautiful location. The rooms had a private hot spring. The staff treated you like visiting royalty. Perfect for the lantern festival. What a gem. There was even an art gallery And my friend said the walking trail was nice.

Perfection is the word for my entire experience. Great location! The hotel is right next to a major metro transfer hub and a massive and modern shopping mall. However, the hotel complex occupies a very tranquil spot of the entire commercial area. On top of that it comes with a grand, fancy and chic lobby! The staff service was impeccable and so as the hard product! The hotel room was spacious with fantastic view and built with very advanced technology. Very futuristic inside out! What else can I ask for?

The staff are exceptional at every level. From the welcoming doorman when the taxi arrived through every level of staff they were all smiling and more than happy to help with any questions. Thoroughly recommend upgrading to the club floor for the evening snacks and happy hour but get there early because everyone else is into them too ! This is a truly top-notch hotel

Really spacious rooms with a fantastic shower. The staff were so helpful when we needed bus tickets and to store our luggage at our next hotel, they coordinated and even retrieved our paper bus tickets for us. The hotel ran complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day which was very generous. The location is a 2 minute walk to the nearest station which also made it extremely convenient getting around.
