This is our second time at Full Moon Spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located, right at the start of the Old Street. We brought our young kids with us and they really enjoyed being able to use the private spa in the room. My husband and I loved going down to the adult spa downstairs. I have some dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. The food portions were very generous, and the staff were very helpful.

Had booked on booking.com the advatising was extremely misleading turned up and was told our booking was for 2 hours had traveled from Tapai and had nowhere else to stay so was made to pay almost double what was agreed to on booking.com very run down rooms not sure if the carpet has ever been cleaned paint peeling everywhere mould everywhere would not have stayed if we had enywere else to go for the price I was made to pay I would of thought it would be 5 star not -5 star honestly watch out for this one you've been warned. Been in traveling Asia for years and never been scammed this bad.

This Japanese hotel is located right next to a subway station. In addition there are many bus lines departing just outside the front door. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Japanese spa is nice, unfortunately without a sauna. The restaurant downstairs is always packed with locals which we took as a good sign 😊
