FranceThe staff were super helpful, I had to change to a bigger room for personal reasons, they did their best to help me out. The location is good, walkable distance to metro station. It’s very close to a laundry shop, which is good for people who stay for more days. The double room is nice! Also, very close to many shops, banks, restaurants, and a mall. Highly recommended.

AustraliaThe upgraded my room from a 3-person room to a 4-person room with a big window towards the street and a bath tub near the window. That's awesome! Too sad, we came back too late every night and no time to enjoy the bath tub at all. What a pity! Anyway, the room is good, big, clean, tidy. The service is excellent. I complained the pillow was too soft, then they gave me some firm pillows. It is close to a market and the stadium.

Good location and right on yellow line subway. Close to a small night market. I can speak Chinese,so no communication problem. But, not sure if someone who can’t speak will be. It does have cockroaches.
